An enterprise should not only pursue profit but make efforts for its employees to live healthy and happy lives. We also endeavor to preserve the environment of the earth forever. Locally speaking, we take such actions to live together with neighbors as cleaning of the neighboring parks and the area around our plants, and participating in local baseball games or concerts. In regard to training employees, On the Job Training for every level of organization, for improving techniques, and for skill measurement are open to the employees. We also recommend them to obtain various certificates and to participate in external seminars. |
